These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PSG Solver website and services. By creating an account, completing a purchase, and accessing the services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. Our Services

We provide access to a digital calculator and related tools designed to assist users with the McKinsey & Company Problem Solving Game (“PSG”) Ecosystem Builder scenario.

The services are provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, exam results, or success in any assessment. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest official McKinsey & Company PSG rules and validating their final answers independently.

  1. Digital Delivery and Access

The services constitute digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.

By completing a purchase, you expressly:

  • Consent to immediate access to the digital content; and
  • Acknowledge that, once access is granted, you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Access to the services constitutes full delivery of the product.

  1. Payment

To access the services, you must create an account and pay the applicable fees in advance.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

You authorise us to charge the payment method provided at checkout.

  1. User Conduct

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content;
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the services; or
  • Engage in conduct that may harm our business, reputation, or users.
  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website, services, software, calculators, content, trademarks, and logos are owned by or licensed to PSG Solver.

No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  1. Refund Policy (Limited Guarantee)

Refunds are strictly limited and available only under the conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of purchase.

6.2 Exam-Based Guarantee

A refund is available only if:

  • You are unsuccessful in the McKinsey PSG Ecosystem Scenario specifically; and
  • You provide reasonable documentary evidence demonstrating that failure in the Ecosystem Scenario was the cause of the unsuccessful outcome.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Evidence is not provided;
  • Failure relates to another scenario or factor; or
  • The claim is based on dissatisfaction, personal opinion, or perceived usefulness.
6.3 Bundle Purchases

Where the services were purchased as part of a bundle, any refund will be limited to the proportionate value attributable to the solver discount only.

6.4 Discretion

PSG Solver may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions in exceptional circumstances. This does not create any ongoing obligation.

  1. No Satisfaction-Based or Usage-Based Refunds

Except as expressly stated in Section 6:

  • All sales are final once access is granted.
  • Refunds will not be provided on the basis of dissatisfaction, subjective assessment, change of mind, or lack of perceived value.

No refunds will be issued where the user has:

  • Accessed the services;
  • Used the calculator or tools;
  • Completed all or a substantial portion of the practice content; or
  • Otherwise received the material benefit of the services,

even if the user later claims dissatisfaction or lack of success.

This policy aligns with digital content delivery standards and payment processor dispute requirements.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSG Solver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PSG Solver harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the services; or
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

  1. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  1. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
