We provide access to a calculator that helps users with the Problem Solving Game Ecosystem Builder scenario. We do not guarantee the accuracy or results of the calculator. We suggest users read the latest McKinsey and Company Problem Solving Game rules and always check their final answer against these.

  1. Payment:

To use our services, you must create an account and pay the applicable fees. We use Stripe for payment processing, and we do not have access to your payment information.

  1. User Conduct:

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Transmit or upload any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive;

  1. Refund Policy:

Refunds will be only available for 60 days from the date of purchase of our solver product.

If you are unsuccessful in your Mckinsey PSG exam you must provide evidence that you failed to pass the Ecosystem Scenario specifically. Refunds will not be processed if you are unsuccessful and unable to prove that the Ecosystem Scenario was the cause. The refund only applies to the solver, customers who purchased the bundle product will be refunded the discount proportion of the price that is associated with the solver.

PSG Solver may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this refund policy in special circumstances.

PSG Solver reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
